To become a leading Digital Library and Distance Learning Laboratory that advances innovation in digital knowledge management, open access to information, and technology-enhanced learning in computer science and interdisciplinary research.

  1. To develop and maintain a robust digital library infrastructure that provides reliable, secure, and equitable access to academic resources, research outputs, and educational materials.

  2. To support distance learning innovation through the design, implementation, and evaluation of technology-enhanced learning systems.

  3. To foster research and experimentation in areas such as digital knowledge representation, learning analytics, artificial intelligence in education, and online collaborative learning.

  4. To promote open science and academic integrity by facilitating digital archiving, ethical data management, and sustainable scholarly communication.

  5. To collaborate with national and international partners in advancing digital transformation in higher education.
