Biography

Prof. Budi Hidayat is a Full Professor at the Department of Health Administration and Policy, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia. He specializes in health economics and health insurance, with a particular focus on health financing reform, cost-effectiveness threshold analysis, and the evaluation of Indonesia’s National Health Insurance (JKN) scheme. With over 750 citations on Scopus and active collaborations with national and international institutions, Prof. Budi is a leading figure in health economics research in Indonesia.
