My research interests began with studies on the adaptive reuse of buildings repurposed for new functions. Through these studies, I observed how buildings that had lost their original functions could adapt to the evolving needs of society. This phenomenon led me to explore more deeply how culture and human activity shape the transformation of the built environment. In this context, I am interested in how interior interventions in adaptive reuse contribute to the sustainability of buildings.
