Digital Transformation and Sustainability

We study digital transformation as an organizational and societal process—not merely as technology implementation. Our research develops frameworks and maturity models that help institutions adopt technology responsibly and sustainably.

  • Industry 4.0 adoption maturity model for Indonesian SMEs
  • Organizational compliance transformation for personal data protection

Digital Health

We examine how information systems and digital governance can improve healthcare delivery, institutional resilience, and access to reliable health information. 
Current projects include:

  • Adoption of AI chatbots for child nutrition information

Human-Centered Information Systems

We explore how individuals and organizations interact with information systems, including technology adoption, user behavior, trust, compliance, and resistance to change. 

This perspective runs across our research areas and ensures that technological solutions remain grounded in real organizational and societal needs.
