The Information Management Laboratory, or IM Lab, is a research laboratory within the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia.
Our research covers the strategic and operational dimensions of information systems management—from IT governance and business–IT alignment to digital transformation, technology adoption, and information systems operations.
We are particularly interested in the human and institutional dimensions of computing: how technology influences organizations, public services, professional practices, and society—and how digital transformation can be governed responsibly and sustainably.
