Building Digital Resilience in Indonesian Hospitals

Indonesian hospitals are expected to operate integrated hospital information systems and connect them with the national health data ecosystem. However, their levels of digital maturity and organizational readiness remain uneven. 

This research develops IT governance mechanisms and assessment tools specifically designed for Indonesian hospitals. It examines governance structures, regulatory compliance, business–IT alignment, change management, stakeholder collaboration, technological capabilities, interoperability, security, and privacy. 

The intended outcomes include academic publications, practitioner-oriented guidance, and practical assessment instruments for hospitals. 

Digital Transformation for Smart Prisons

This research develops a digital transformation framework for correctional institutions in Indonesia. It examines how digital technology can support more effective institutional management and public service delivery while addressing governance, organizational readiness, security, and human considerations.

Governing Generative AI in Higher Education

This research explores how universities can adopt generative AI responsibly. It addresses institutional policy, academic integrity, data governance, accountability, risk management, and the evolving role of AI in teaching, learning, research, and university administration.
