Krisna Puji Rahmayanti is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Administrative Science, Universitas Indonesia. She earned her undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Universitas Indonesia and completed her Master of Public Administration at the International Development Department, University of Birmingham, UK, funded by the Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education (LPDP) Scholarship. In 2025, she completed her doctoral studies at the same department with a research focus on Collaboration in Indonesian Disaster Response. She also served as a visiting fellow at the Asia Development Institute, Seoul National University. Her research interests include public service delivery, disaster management, collaborative governance, and development issues, with a particular focus on healthcare services and health tax implementation.
