In 2014, Amy Yayuk Sri Rahayu was inaugurated as the 24th Professor of Administrative Sciences at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FISIP UI). She is also the fifth female professor at FISIP UI.
Since 2016, Prof. Amy has served as Secretary of the Faculty Academic Senate at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI). She is currently the Head of the Collaborative Governance and Dynamic Public Service (CG-DPS) Research Cluster at FIA UI. Previously, she served as Faculty Secretary and Head of the Office Administration Study Program at the Department of Administrative Sciences, FISIP UI.
She completed her Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Administration at FISIP UI in 1986 and earned her Master’s degree (S2) in Administrative Sciences from the same institution in 1993. She obtained her Doctoral degree in Development Extension Sciences from Bogor Agricultural University (Institut Pertanian Bogor) in 2004.
Prof. Amy has extensive experience as a researcher and consultant for various ministries, government institutions, regional governments, and state agencies. These include the Office of the Vice President’s Secretariat, the City Governments of Depok, Yogyakarta, Batam, Sleman, and Surabaya.
In addition to her active roles in research and teaching, Prof. Amy has presented at several international academic conferences, including the Asia-Pacific Research in Social Sciences and Humanities Conference (APRISH) in 2016 and 2017, the International Conference of Administrative Sciences (ICAS-PGS) in 2017, and other academic conferences held in Malaysia, Bali, Semarang, Surabaya, Thailand, and South Korea.
Her areas of expertise include Collaborative Governance, State Development, and Dynamic Public Service.
