Who We Are

The Collaborative Governance, Digital Transformation, and Public Services (CG-DTPS) Lab is a policy-oriented research platform dedicated to advancing innovative governance and institutional transformation in the public sector.

Based at the Faculty of Administrative Science, Universitas Indonesia, the CG-DTPS Lab brings together scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to generate rigorous research and practical insights on how governments can respond to rapidly evolving political, technological, and societal challenges.

Through interdisciplinary collaboration and global partnerships, the Lab contributes to advancing knowledge and policy innovation in collaborative governance, digital transformation, and public service reform in Indonesia, Asia, and the broader international community.
