Delia Wildianti is a researcher at the Centre for Political Studies (Puskapol) and a young lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Indonesia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (2015) and a Master’s degree in Political Science (2022) from the University of Indonesia. Her research and professional interests focus on the intersection of democratic resilience, electoral governance, inclusive political participation, gender and politics, and emerging challenges in digital political spaces. She has contributed to research, advocacy, and policy initiatives in collaboration with government ministries, international development partners, civil society organizations, and electoral management bodies.
