Bagus Andika Pratama is a Climate Analyst at Think Policy Indonesia. Bagus earned his Bachelor of Political Science from Universitas Indonesia and completed a joint minor program in collaboration with Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Universities Alliance. In his current role, Bagus conducts research and projects on political economy, stakeholder analysis, and regulatory analysis, covering climate governance, carbon markets, climate finance, climate and inequality, and green industrial policy in subnational settings. Bagus's interests include climate governance, carbon pricing, waste management policy, political economy, and stakeholder mapping.

Bagus has prior experience in regulatory and governance analysis at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Internasional (TELIN) and in policy research at the Center for Sustainability and Waste Management, Universitas Indonesia. Bagus's publications include a policy brief on good governance in waste management at IKN, published in the Universitas Indonesia Policy Brief Compilation for IKN 2024, and a bachelor thesis on Indonesia's strategic selectivity toward Hyundai Motors Group in the electric vehicle battery global value chain. Bagus's recognitions include 2nd Best Innovation at the Living Lab Student Challenge (Jakarta Smart City and Jakarta Provincial Government), 4th place at the Jakarta Economic Forum (Bank Indonesia), 3rd place at the UI SDGs Summit 2023, Silver Medalist at the Tanoto Student Research Award 2022, and semifinalist at the Singaporean Undergraduate Policy Conference, National University of Singapore.
