Short-term · 2025–2026

Foundations & Consolidation

  • Cluster research roadmap aligned with UI strategy and national priorities
  • Collaborative proposals for competitive funding (DRTPM, LPDP, UK-PACT)
  • At least one international Q1/Scopus-indexed publication
  • Initiation of serious games for energy, logistics, or just-transition policy
Medium-term · 2027–2029

Expansion & Platforms

  • Launch of a Policy Games Series — energy transition, maritime logistics, carbon policy
  • Reusable, standardised systemic simulation models for national and regional use
  • Digital co-design platform connecting academia, stakeholders, and civil society

National Impact & Diffusion

  • Active engagement in national policy formulation through Model-Based Policy Making
  • Downstream licensing of game and simulation software for education and government
