Dr. Rizka Halida is an Associate Professor in Universitas Indonesia. Her research focuses on social psychology of political behaviors, especially in political participation and voting, electoral integrity and corruption, group and intergroup relations, and media and misinformation. She is deeply involved in large-scale public opinion surveys about democracy and political engagement. Her work yields actionable insights into how ordinary citizens can become more active contributors to policymaking, while identifying the cognitive biases, misinformation, and structural barriers that hinder democratic participation in Indonesia. Apart from her activities on campus, she is also active as a research consultant for corporates, government, and NGOs.
