Mirra Noor Milla is a Professor of Social Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Indonesia. She earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2009, with a dissertation focusing on terrorism decision making and identity. Her research specializes in religious fundamentalism, extremism, terrorism, radicalization, and deradicalization. Since 2017, she has served as an expert consultant to Indonesia’s National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) on terrorism intervention programs. She has been the President of the Indonesian Social Psychology Association (2019–2027) and is a member of the Governing Council of the International Society of Political Psychology (2025-2027) and Regional Representative for Southeast Asia AASP (2025-current).
