Whinda Yustisia is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Indonesia, and a researcher at the Political Psychology Laboratory, Universitas Indonesia. She earned her master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Exeter, UK, and her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, USA, where she was supported by the Fulbright-DIKTI Scholarship and the Arthur J. Schmitt Leadership Fellowship. Her research focuses on political cognition and affect, religious extremism, and intergroup relations. She currently serves as the Coordinator of the Master’s Program at the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Indonesia. Outside academia, she provides research consultancy to government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and private-sector institutions.
