On 3 June 2026, the Global South Solidarity, Development, and Transformation for Global Justice Research Cluster, represented by Ardhitya Eduard Yeremia, Ph.D., Shofwan Al Banna, Ph.D., Rachmasari Nur Al Husin, M.Si., and Rizka Bunga Shafira, M.Si., attended the RISE Series 2026 in Jakarta.
Themed “Readiness of Indonesia Solar Energy Series: Green Cooperative Workshop Series toward Indonesia’s 100 GW PLTS Target,” the event convened government representatives, industry actors, and experts to discuss the strategies, technical readiness, and regulatory frameworks needed to accelerate Indonesia’s solar energy ambitions. The team’s participation supports the cluster’s ongoing research on renewable energy development and the role of key stakeholders in Indonesia’s energy transition.
The discussions offered valuable insights into Indonesia’s solar energy roadmap and opened opportunities for direct engagement with the actors shaping the country’s clean energy future.
