Bridging Health and Culture Through Compassionate Research

Advancing nursing excellence by understanding the rich tapestry of human traditions and cultural care. We define the future of global healthcare through ethnographic rigor.

Advancing Culturally Responsive Nursing Practices

The Ethno Nursing and Cultural Care Research Cluster is dedicated to advancing the assessment and development of culturally responsive nursing practices grounded in indigenous and local values. It addresses the socio-cultural and spiritual diversity of clients across the lifespan within diverse healthcare settings.

The cluster employs both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to examine cultural care and cultural competence, and to generate evidence-based innovations and nursing interventions that are congruent with the cultural contexts of individuals, families, groups, and communities.
