Prof. Dr. Laksmi is a Professor at Universitas Indonesia in the field of Culture and Management of Information Institutions, and a senior faculty member in the Department of Library and Information Science, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. She earned her doctoral degree in Anthropology from Universitas Indonesia in 2005.
Her research interests include organizational culture in information institutions, organizational learning, information studies in media, and the development of digital data management in the humanities. Her academic work reflects a strong interdisciplinary perspective that bridges information science, cultural analysis, and digital humanities.
She also serves as a Member of Commission III of the Board of Professors (Komisi 3 Dewan Guru Besar) at Universitas Indonesia for the 2025–2030 period, with a focus on Research Downstreaming initiatives.

Ike Iswary Lawanda is a lecturer and researcher in Library and Information Science at the Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. Her research focuses on library science and records and archives management. Dr. Yeni Budi Rachman is Head of the Undergraduate Program in Library Science at the Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. She earned her PhD in Cultural Studies from Universitas Indonesia in 2025, after completing her master’s in Library and Information Science in 2012 and her undergraduate degree in the same field in 2009, also at Universitas Indonesia. She actively leads and engages in research in the field of Library and Information Science, particularly in preservation and conservation. Her current research focusses on activating and preserving the knowledge contained in archival materials.

Kiki Fauziah is a lecturer in Library and Information Science at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Indonesia. Since 2016, she has actively published scholarly works, including articles indexed in SINTA and Scopus, as well as educational outputs such as textbooks, book chapters, teaching modules, and digital learning media. Her academic and professional experience includes serving as Coordinator for the Development of Digital Literacy MOOCs since 2021. She has also held several institutional leadership roles, including Head of the Japan Studies Center Library (2016), Head of Public Relations of FIB UI (2016–2018), and Head of the Department Laboratory (2022–2025). In 2025, she commenced her doctoral studies in Information Studies at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Indonesia.
