CATALYST, or Cluster for Administration and Transformative Analysis in Policy and Health Systems, is a research cluster under the Department of Health Administration and Policy, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia. CATALYST focuses on evidence-based research, policy analysis, health governance, healthcare management, and health system transformation to support better decision-making and a stronger health system in Indonesia.

To become a leading research cluster in health administration, policy, and health system transformation that generates evidence-based knowledge, strengthens governance, and contributes to a more effective, equitable, and sustainable health system in Indonesia and beyond.
