Yosua Darmadi Kosen, who graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Kristen Maranatha, Bandung, Indonesia, is a medical doctor. His academic and research focus encompasses Clinical Medicine, Surgery, and Public Health. His primary areas of interest include Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, and Ophthalmology, with particular emphasis on evidence-based clinical research and population health improvement.

He is actively engaged in scientific research and has published articles in national and international peer-reviewed journals indexed in Scopus. He also serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals. His research explores clinical outcomes, disease management strategies, surgical perspectives, and the integration of public health approaches into clinical practice to enhance healthcare quality and patient-centred services.

In addition to his academic work, he actively participates in volunteer initiatives, particularly in community and public health programs. Through his academic and social engagement, he aspires to become a physician who makes a meaningful impact on society by advancing clinical excellence, strengthening community-based healthcare, and promoting equitable access to health services.
