To promote the achievement of nursing management excellence in line with human development policies through the adoption of information technology, strengthening nursing leadership, and evidence-based management to improve the quality, access, and sustainability of the health care system. with a Multidisciplinary and Continuity Services approach in Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary.

Studies on effective nursing leadership in the digital era, including adaptive leadership styles, self-leadership, reflective leadership, organizational change management, and the role of ward managers in creating an innovative and responsive culture. Exploration of institutional and national policies in supporting digital transformation in nursing, including issues of ethics, data privacy, and technological innovation governance in nursing practice

Informatics

Research on the implementation of nursing information systems, electronic medical records (EMR), telemedicine, mobile health applications (mHealth), wearable devices, and the use of big data to support clinical and managerial decision-making. Studies on digital training strategies, online reflective learning, technology-based curricula, and strengthening leadership and informatics competencies for the future generation of nurses

Investigate the use of service quality indicators, incident reporting systems, nurse fatigue monitoring dashboards, and the development of data- and evidence-based patient safety protocols.
