Dr. Indira Ismail, S.S., M.A. is a lecturer and Head of the Dutch Studies Program at the Department of Literature, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Indonesia. Her research specializes in Moluccan Diaspora Literature and Literary Reception, with a focus on the postcolonial history and cultural identity of the Moluccan community in the Netherlands. Her work examines the collective memory and voices of second-generation Moluccan women in the Dutch diaspora, drawing on Postcolonial Studies and Comparative Literature.
