Dr. Qurrata Ayuni, S.H., MCDR.

Qurrata Ayuni has been a lecturer in the Constitutional Law Study Program at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia since 2017. She obtained her Bachelor of Law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. She holds a Master of Conflict and Dispute Resolution from James Cook University, Australia, and a doctorate from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, with a dissertation entitled “The Concept of Emergency Constitutional Law According to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia: A Study of the Regulation and Application of Emergency Constitutional Law in Indonesia in the Period 1945-2022.”

Prof. Dr. Fitra Arsil, S.H., M.H.

Fitra Arsil has been a lecturer at FHUI since 2001. Since 2014, he has served as Head of Constitutional Law Studies. In addition to teaching, Fitra is active in various research and academic activities such as writing journal articles, serving as a resource person and expert in various forums, and reviewing for many national journals. Currently, Fitra is active as a reviewer for several national journals such as the Constitution Journal (Secretariat General of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia), the State Law Journal (Secretariat General of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia), the Rechtsvinding Journal (BPHN), the Law and Development Journal (FHUI), and Editor-in-Chief of the Constitution and Democracy Journal (Bidstu HTN FHUI). He obtained his professorship on October 1, 2023. In his works and the courses he teaches, Fitra Arsil’s research focuses on issues of government systems, presidential institutions, representative institutions, elections, constitutional courts, and emergency constitutional law.

Prof. Dr. Yusril Ihza Mahendra, S.H., M.Sc.

Prof. Dr. Yusril Ihza Mahendra, S.H., M.Sc. is an Indonesian academic, constitutional law expert, and politician. He is known as one of Indonesia’s most influential constitutional law experts and has served as Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Minister of Law and Legislation, and Minister of State Secretary during the administrations of President Abdurrahman Wahid and President Megawati Soekarnoputri. In addition to his work in government, Yusril is active as a lecturer and professor of constitutional law, author of various scientific works in the field of constitutional law and Islamic law, and is often involved as an expert in various constitutional cases at the Constitutional Court. With his academic background and extensive government experience, Yusril Ihza Mahendra has contributed greatly to the development of constitutional law and state administration in Indonesia.

Prof. Dr. Jimly Asshiddiqie, S.H.

Prof. Dr. Jimly Asshiddiqie, S.H. is an Indonesian constitutional law professor who is widely known as one of the key figures in the development of constitutional studies in Indonesia. He is a Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia* and has made significant contributions to the development of constitutionalism, democracy, and state institutions in the Indonesian constitutional system. Prof. Jimly is also known as the first Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court (2003–2008), who played an important role in establishing the institutional foundations and practices of constitutional justice in Indonesia. In addition to being active in the academic world, he has written numerous books and scientific papers on constitutional law, the constitution, and state institution theory, which are widely referenced in constitutional law studies in Indonesia. Through his academic activities, research, and thinking, Prof. Jimly continues to contribute to the strengthening of constitutionalism and the development of constitutional law.

Nur Widyastanti, S.H., M.H.

Nur Widyastanti has been a faculty member in the Constitutional Law Program at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, since 2014. Known affectionately as Tanti, she earned her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. Tanti has also actively participated in various training programs, including: Presentation Skills Training (2016); Vibrant Teaching Method Training (2016); and Pre-Service Training for Civil Service Candidates (CPNS) Grade III (2016). In addition to her teaching duties, Tanti has served as Secretary of the Constitutional Law Program since 2018.
