Kartika Citra DPS is a dedicated researcher and lecturer with a strong foundation in pharmacy practice. As a registered pharmacist with experience in hospital settings, she had worked in multidisciplinary teams to enhance HIV prevention and management, critical care, and pediatric care. Her experience also extends to pharmaceutical supply management, encompassing everything from planning to reporting. Since beginning her academic journey in 2020, she has deepened her focus on implementation science, with research interests in health policy analysis, pharmacy service needs assessment, and the advancement of pharmacy practice. Her research experiences in methodology include observational studies, qualitative research, and mixed-methods research. Committed to fostering professional networks and knowledge exchange, she is an active member of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) within the social and administrative pharmacy section. Currently, she is pursuing her PhD at the University College London School of Pharmacy, where her research project explores advanced pharmacy practice, particularly for community pharmacists.
