Dr. Dian Mayasari, S.Si. is an Indonesian academic and researcher specializing in natural product chemistry and bioactive compound development. Her research focuses on the isolation and characterization of natural compounds, anti-AGE activity, green extraction technologies, and the optimization of functional formulations supported by in silico screening, QSAR modeling, and metabolomics analysis.
