GEORI - Brief Description

This research group is established under the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Universitas Indonesia, with a strong commitment to advancing interdisciplinary research in geospatial science, data analytics, and intelligent systems. The group aims to foster innovation, strengthen academic collaboration, and generate impactful research that contributes to scientific development and evidence-based decision-making.

The research group is directed by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Dimyati, M.Sc., with Prof. Dr. Rokhmatuloh, S.Si., M.Eng. serving as Vice Director. The core members include Assoc. Prof. Dr.Eng. Masita Dwi Mandini Manessa, M.Eng., Dr. Tjiong Giok Pin, S.Si., M.Si., and Pranda Mulya Putra Garniwa, S.Si., M.Si., Ph.D. Together, the team integrates expertise in geospatial analysis, remote sensing, computational modeling, and data-driven research to address complex spatial and environmental challenges.
