Entrepreneurial Finance and Sustainable Business (EFSB) Research Cluster is a research group under the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia (FIA UI). The cluster focuses on advancing knowledge and practice in the areas of Entrepreneurial Finance, Corporate and Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) Finance, Corporate Governance, Sustainable Finance including Green and Climate Finance, Financial Inclusion, and Social Entrepreneurship.

Prof. Ir. Bernardus Yuliarto Nugroho, M.S.M., Ph.D
Prof. Ir. Bernardus Yuliarto Nugroho, M.S.M., Ph.D is a Full Professor in Financial Management at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1986) and his Master’s degree from Purdue University, United States (1988).
He obtained his doctoral degree in Economics and Finance from Curtin University of Technology, Australia, in 2007. His academic background reflects a strong interdisciplinary foundation, integrating engineering, economics, and financial management.
Over the years, he has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and academic development, particularly in the areas of financial management, public finance, and economic policy. His scholarly work contributes to the advancement of finance and its application to public sector governance and institutional development.
In recognition of his academic achievements and contributions to higher education, he was inaugurated as a Full Professor in 2022. As the Head of the EFSB Cluster, he plays a strategic role in leading research initiatives, fostering academic collaboration, and strengthening the cluster’s contribution to policy relevant research and innovation.
