The “Child Health and Well-Being” Research Cluster is an interdisciplinary research group focused on understanding, monitoring, and improving children’s health and well-being holistically. This includes physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental, and spiritual dimensions.
The cluster aims to generate scientific evidence and develop interventions that support optimal child growth and development through promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative approaches within the family context.

CHWB conducts multidisciplinary research focused on child health, growth, development, and well-being. Our research covers pediatric nursing, child nutrition, family-centered care, and community health.

Our programs are adapted to local community needs and focus on sustainable, long-term impact through education, behavior change, and the use of local resources.

We provide training, academic activities, and learning opportunities related to pediatric nursing, child development, and family-centered care, helping to strengthen knowledge and skills across different levels of practice

Through global partnerships, we aim to exchange knowledge, secure research funding, and expand the impact of our work beyond national boundaries.
